We want you to love every piece you order from TRIVIOZ. If something is not right, we have made returns simple with a doorstep courier pickup service.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Request a Return
Log in to your account, select your order, and choose the item you would like to return or exchange.
2. Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the item directly from your doorstep.
3. Prepare Your Item
Please ensure your item is unworn and unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
4. Courier Collection
Our courier will arrive at your selected time and collect the item from your address.
5. Refund or Exchange
Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your exchange.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Returns must be requested within fourteen days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition.
We reserve the right to reject items that are worn, damaged, or not in original packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges for size or colour.
If the requested item is not available, you may choose a different product or a full refund.
PICKUP SERVICE
All approved returns are collected directly from your address. There is no need to print labels or drop items off anywhere.
